Yes. You should charge the battery when you first receive your MusiMask™ and then again after every 8 to 10 hrs of listening time. A USB charging cable is supplied in your package. A full charge will take about 2 hours.

We offer FREE standard shipping to the countries from which we accept orders. Simply enter your address on the shipping page. You may choose expedited shipping if you wish, at extra cost.
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to amend any details after you’ve placed your order because it goes direct to our warehouse team who will have already begun to process the order.
That depends where you are. US orders are shipped from our US warehouse and should arrive within 5 to 7 days. International orders are shipped from our factory in China, which takes between 15 and 21 business days. Products with expedited shipping may be delivered more quickly. Note: all shipping times exclude customs/clearance delays (if any.)
HOWEVER, since the worldwide Covid-19 outbreaks have severely affected airline schedules (on which our packages are usually shipped) there may be delays. We’ll supply you with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your package.
There are no import duties for orders in the USA. For orders outside the US, any duties will depend on your country of residence. In some countries, such as Australia, there are generally no duties or taxes for goods with a value of $1000 or less. We suggest you contact your local border customs office for more information.
Please be patient. Once the order is shipped you’ll receive an email notification and a tracking number so you can monitor progress of your shipment.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
Although it’s optional, we recommend including your phone number when ordering. This is simply so your local carrier can contact you to arrange delivery, if necessary. Some delivery agents will not leave the parcel at an unattended address.
We’d be sorry to hear if your order does not arrive or you’ve received a faulty MusiMask™. If it happens, please send a message to service@musimask.com with your order number and any further details. We’ll investigate and get back to you within 3 business days to resolve your issue.
