SHIPPING POLICY

We know you’re excited about your purchase and we want to get your order to you as soon as we can. However, before we can ship it, we need 2 to 3 business days to prepare and fulfill the order.

Note that in peak holiday periods, or times of high demand, some orders may take even longer to prepare, but we’ll keep you informed.

After we’ve shipped your order, estimated delivery time is usually between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. (But please remember, delivery times can be affected by holidays.)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the worldwide coronavirus pandemic airline schedules have been severely disrupted, so please accept any shipping delays which are beyond our control.

In most cases, you will be notified of tracking details within 48hrs after your package is shipped. (We’re sorry, but for some countries tracking information isn’t provided to us by the carrier.)

Address Disclaimer:

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you have correctly entered the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at service@musimask.com if you think you made a mistake with the address. We’ll do our best to correct a wrong address, but this is only possible before the fulfilment process is complete.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We’re sorry, but the MusiMask store cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking data shows your package has been delivered to your address, but you haven’t received it, then please contact your delivery carrier using the information provided on the Tracking Page. If you need help to do this please contact our team on service@musimask.com

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with the quality of our products and, if they are defective or damaged, we’ll offer you a full refund (within the first 14 days after you receive it.)

We’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received and inspected your returned item and advise if a refund is approved. If so, your refund will automatically be applied as a credit to your credit card.

Be aware, however, we only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged; not because you’ve changed your mind.

Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Products returned in unsaleable condition do not qualify for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT attempt to send the item back to us without a RAN number, because it won’t be tracked in our system and we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
